Scratch Card Fundraising
PURPOSE: To enable family’s to self fund raise a portion of their registration fee.
POLICY: Any player may request a scratch card fundraising packet from KPPW to be used to self fundraise up to ½ of their registration fee. One card per player. Parent must request a packet in time to raise the funds prior to the first day of practice. The $100 raised funds plus the card purchase fee of $20 can be submitted towards the second half of the registration fee, total amount of $120.00.. If no money is raised with the card, the registrant still owes KPPW $20 for the purchase price the organization paid for the card/coupon package. The parents accept sole responsibility for the player’s safety in fundraising attempts and the security of the funds raised until paid to KPPW.
RESPONSIBILITY: Fundraising Committee
PROCEDURE: Parent or guardian contacts KPPW by email requesting packet after either full or ½ payment is made during online registration. Board member confirms payment has been made and mails Scratch Card fundraising packet to family. Card owner shows scratch card and coupon to others and asks them to “scratch off” a dot that has a number amount of $1-$5 dollars underneath. Card owner then collects the amount showing and gives the donor a valuable coupon sheet provided in the packet for their contribution. Card owner continues the scratch card game until all dots have been scratched off. Total funds collected will equal $100. These funds can then be used towards balance of registration due. $20 is then also due to KPPW for the scratch card. The remaining balance is the responsibility of the registrant and can be paid on family League1ClubReg account or in person by first day of practice.

Team Merchandise Sales
KPPW provides Spirit Wear and various other fundraising merchandise during the Opening Day Ceremony and at most Home Games. You can purchase Saints Hoodies, Jersey’s, T-Shirts, ball caps, socks, mouth guards and Fan Cups from our booths set up on the sidelines.
